We describe ourselves as an age-in-place facility, meaning you never have to move out once you’ve moved in. Even as your health declines, you can stay in the same room, same building, same section, same area, just to maintain your comfort zone.
The way we do that is one, we add services a la cart as people need them. Two, we have on-site providers such as dental or dermatology or pharmacy.
Then finally, we do partner with third-party providers such as home health, physical therapy, primary care physicians and even for later in life, we do have hospice, all so that you can remain here throughout the rest of your life.
