Room and board is your basic rent at an assisted living facility. It covers all your utilities, cable TV, electricity, telephone and water. It also covers all the maintenance of in your room and also on the campus.
It will cover the housekeeping. You will get your housekeeping done once a week and then your linens will be washed once a week.
All the enrichment activities in the facility are a part of your room and board. So we have over 40 hours a week times two people that are engaged in activities that you can participate in. That’s all covered by room and board as well as three nutritional meals a day, seven days a week, including snacks.
